Stadium Ventures, a sports and events venture, had momentum but lacked a cohesive brand and marketing strategy. Their messaging wasn’t clear, their visual identity didn’t reflect their ambition, and they needed a go-to-market plan that could attract sponsors, partners, and fans at scale.
What I Did
I partnered with their team to sharpen positioning, refine offers, and build a brand identity that could play at a national level. From website redesign and pitch decks to copywriting and event activations, I made sure every touchpoint reinforced credibility.
