Juiced Up
Challenge
Edward ran a juice and smoothie bar inside a bustling downtown yoga studio. While yogis loved grabbing something healthy after class, his brand wasn’t set up to scale. Parking was a headache, his Google Business page was outdated with misspellings, missing photos, and incorrect hours, and he lacked delivery or pickup options. With plans to expand to a second location, Edward needed more than a design refresh—he needed a business strategy that would keep customers coming back and open new revenue channels.
What I Did
I overhauled his brand presentation from top to bottom: redesigned the menu, signage, logo, and stickers for clarity and impact; built out new brand photos and retention campaigns; and refreshed his website and social strategy. Beyond visuals, I implemented loyalty programs and partnerships with a local yoga studio to strengthen community ties. I also expanded his reach by setting up integrations with Toast, DoorDash, and Uber Eats, ensuring customers could order online with ease. Acting as his strategist, I addressed customer experience at every level—both in-store and digital.
Results
The juice bar transformed from a neighborhood add-on into a recognizable, scalable brand. The updated Google presence increased visibility, new partnerships boosted retention, and delivery integrations opened profitable new revenue streams. With a polished identity and stronger operations, Edward was positioned to grow his customer base and successfully launch a second location.
Edward’s Review: “Ari is the best! She designed the yoga studio brand, managed all their social media, and kept selling out their classes. That’s when I knew I needed to hire her. No wonder so many Austin businesses are obsessed with you! You really know how to sell. Thank you for helping my business thrive, creating our menus, and going above and beyond.”
