As a keynote speaker focused on empathy and leadership, he had powerful ideas but lacked the brand foundation to match his authority on stage. His website and marketing materials felt scattered, his messaging wasn’t resonating with decision-makers, and he struggled to stand out in a crowded speaker market. He also needed support beyond design—strategic guidance on speech delivery, networking opportunities, and building the right team to amplify his voice.

What I Did
I developed a cohesive brand identity and redesigned his website to position him as a thought leader. Beyond visuals, I crafted keynote speeches with persuasive storytelling, designed merch to extend his impact at events, and created a networking strategy to help him connect with high-value audiences. Recognizing the need for scale, I also built a hiring plan for social media support, ensuring consistent visibility and engagement across channels. My role blended creative execution with strategic advisory—setting him up as both a speaker and a brand.

Results
He stepped on stage with a stronger presence and the tools to back it up. His refreshed website and speechwriting attracted more bookings, the merch gave audiences a tangible connection to his message, and his networking and hiring strategies built long-term momentum.
