Challenge
Stacey had a strong vision for her self-assessment tool—complete with a logo, colors, and a polished poster—but no strategy to launch. Her Wix website was empty, her product backend wasn’t built, and she was about to outsource the entire thing to Fiverr just weeks before showcasing at a Tony Robbins event.
Strategy
I stepped in as both strategist and operator. Together, we refined her product-market fit, coached her through pricing and positioning, and created a launch plan tied to her Tony Robbins debut. Behind the scenes, I oversaw quality assurance, engineering workflows, printing, drop-shipping, and logistical setup. We also mapped her long-term business plan so this wouldn’t be a one-off product, but the foundation of a scalable coaching brand.
Results
Stacey went from “nearly launching blindly” to showing up at Tony Robbins with confidence and clarity. Her Wheel of Life assessment was positioned to resonate with the audience, her website and backend were ready to scale, and she gained a roadmap to grow beyond the event.
