THAT Med Spa wanted to attract higher-end clients but struggled with dated branding and unclear messaging. Their offers felt transactional, and their website wasn’t converting. They needed a strategy that made them feel luxury and trustworthy while standing out in a crowded local market.
What I Did
I refined their brand positioning and messaging to connect with premium buyers, then redesigned their logo, website, and overall brand identity to feel elevated and cohesive. To guide marketing and ad strategy, I built detailed customer avatars and coordinated photoshoots that matched the spa’s new luxury aesthetic. I also designed merch and print collateral to extend the elevated experience beyond the spa itself, creating a fully immersive and consistent brand presence.
Results
The spa’s new brand positioned them as a trusted luxury provider in their city. With a cohesive identity, elevated visuals, and clear messaging, they attracted more high-value clients, built stronger community recognition, and laid the foundation for consistent revenue growth. Within one year of our work together they have been named the Best Med Spa in Austin!
