Booking Calendar

It Could Be Costing You Clients

Is your booking calendar costing you clients?

It might be.

Here’s why.

A calendar with a lot of available appointment times tells me you don’t have clients.

But wait — you have the top voice badge on LinkedIn, so many testimonials, heck, even a podcast.

Guess what? Being too available looks like nobody hires you.

So, if people aren’t hiring you, testimonials don’t matter much.

I’ve met LinkedIn top contributors with all the accolades, YouTube channels, and still struggle for consistent clients.

Consistent clients mean steady cash flow.

Starting out, I understand.

But you need to block time for in-person and virtual networking.

You need to schedule time to work on your business.

If I see a million slots on your booking calendar, especially for coaches, speakers, therapists, etc., that's concerning.

Tip #1: Update your availability right now.

And for the love of God, stop giving free consultations.

OMG, 30 minutes max. If it’s an hour, it tells me you undervalue yourself.

We all know what a consultation call is — a sales call.

Tip #2 : Do a 15-minute fit call, see if they’re a great fit, and move them towards becoming a paying client.

Time is money. Your booking call sets the tone.
